Most reputed company in the field of Luxurious Cars BMW and most stunning company in the field of Bikes TVS are going to Tie-up for making bikes. These bikes are coming with the power of BMW and style of TVS. The deal is done on Monday that is 1st of June. This deal will give the access of BMW technology to the Indian market. It is said that BMW announced this deal to stem its falling share market. This deal is waited from a longer time and moreover this deal will helps both companies. This helps to TVS to revamp a dated product pipeline to the company. TVS is struggling to compete with leading Bike manufacturer companies like HONDA, Yamaha, etc. This deal will be going to help in competing with these companies. This deal not only helps TVS in competing with Other companies but it also help helps to gain foothold in the field of Second largest bike market. TVS is going to invest 20 million euros in the deal or tie up, but BMW refuses to provide any details about its investment. This is the first time that BMW going to launch its Bikes in India in tie-up with TVS, leading company in Bikes. Earlier, BMW only dependent on United States, France and Germany that is western market only where 117,000 Bikes were sold in only 2012. The effect of deal is started with its announcement which raises its share by 17.3% and at closing its raise are raised up by 10%. Be tuned for the first launch of the TVS BMW Bike which will be launched in 2015. First design of the bike is released which we are showing now.
